REMINDER FIESTA DAY

From the Worthy Grand Matron, Imogene

Fiesta Day 2008 will be this Saturday, 3-1-08. We do hope all of you can make it. We will need lots of help, smiling faces. Your neighbors and friends are welcome. If you cannot make it, perhaps a donation to your group, this would really help them.

Matrons & Patrons, Imogene & Ken: will be taking care of the lunch, set up, prepare and serve. We don't want you to go hungry, we need you to keep up your strength so you can work or shop!

Associate Matron's, Billie: will be doing the Baked Potato Bar and Fixings, for your pleasure. Associate Patron's, Ken: will take care of Soft Drinks and Ice Tea, so you don't get thirsty.

Secretaries, Ruth & Treasurers, Jane: will be taking care of the tickets, money collection and End Tally, we want to keep them busy.

Cond's. Sue & Assoc. Cond's., Charlotte: will be doing the Goody Table . Lets make sure they have lots of good baked items, jams & jellies and just plain good snacks.

Gr. Trustees, David, Diana & Barbara & Chapter Trustees: coffee (all day we hope)/ donuts & breakfast. Some will be there early, you know we need nurishment.

Chaplain's, Joe & Electa's, Georganne: will be in charge of the rummage that you no longer need or want around. Good clean items. You know your rummage might be someone's treasure!

Lecturer, Joy & Organist's, Sherry, also District Instructors: Gowns & formals that you no longer can get into or just plain tired of them. Please make sure they are in good condition and clean. Hey gals, this is the time to get yourself a new dress. How about a sweater or wrap that you might like to get rid of? I'm sure we can sell them!

Organist & Assistant Organist: If you would like a break from selling gowns and formals, we would love to have you play us a little music on the old piano. You might bring some of your favorite music.

Ruth's, Ila & Marshal's, Curt: we really need books, tapes, CD's, VCR's, DVD's, records, movies & magazines. How about cleaning out that book case and helping us out. You never know what a wonderful item you might find in this area.

Esther's, Millie & Martha's, Patti: Ice Cream. How about topping off your lunch with with a nice ice cream sandwich and maybe an ice ceam novelty. I think that sounds really cool.

Ada's, Orah Lee & Warder's, Anna Mae: We would like some really interesting items in our Silent Auction. This can be from an individual, several members going together or a Chapter donating a nice basket of items. Ideas might be, gardening, bath, picnic, gourmet, travel, vacation, emergency kit for car or home, knitting, spaghetti, get well gift with items in a basket. Let your imagination help you.

Sentinel's, Jerry: Security & clrean up and maybe help where they find they might be needed during the day. This is a big job, so hopefully at the end of the day everyone can jump in and help.

Thanks you Walt Hinson and all your committee, for all your hard work and you members in the Chapters, for your support and help, we do appreciate it very much. Let's make this a great day for everyone. PLEASE, share this with anyone that doesn't have e-mail.
