Apache Star #62 Friendship Night

Apache Star #62 had to change our Friends Night from Thursday, March 20th to Thursday March 6th. The church where we meet needs the building on Thursday the 20th. The March 20th meeting has been canceled.

Directions for those who do not know where we are located now: 2936 N. Power Rd. Red Mountain United Methodist Church

Take the 202 to the East end at Power Rd., turn right and church is on the right or North on Power road, cross McDowell road and church is on the left.

Apache Star Chapter 62 will present the program at the Past Matron's meeting, February 1 at noon.

Since the Masonic Temple we were meeting at was sold we have looked for a place to meet. At our October 18th meeting, our members voted to make Red Mountain Methodist Church, 2936 North Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85215 our new Chapter Home. This will be effective November 15th.

The meetings will be the first and third Thursdays ofthe month at 7:30 PM.

November 15th is initiation.

December 6 is honor Veterans and masons.

December 20 is a Christmas meeting.

January 3, 2008 is our Official Visit

January 17 is honor sideliners and protems.

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It is with sadness I report that our Golden Chain of Friendship has been shortened. The link of Brother Jack Taylor of Apache Star #62 has fallen away.

I would like to report on a loss of a member of Apache Star #62.

Brother Gus Weeks passed away last week. The Weeks had just recently returned to Alabama to be with family. I am sure cards would be appreciated.
